"Antico Pastificio Umbro" has been operating since 1994 and has its roots in the ancient Umbrian pasta craft tradition, recovering the body of knowledge of prestigious pasta active in Umbria in the year 50/60. The historical activity of the company is the production of handmade special pasta that both egg-only as well as durum wheat semolina flavored with vegetables, spices, mushrooms, etc.
